Education & Training
Dr. Baldwin earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at Albion College.
She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology through Henry Ford Health System, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive women's healthcare.
Dr. Baldwin is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists and remains committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while staying current with advancements in women's health.

Nicole Scott, DNP, WHNP, RN
Nicole is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in women’s health and comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. After years working as a Labor & Delivery nurse, she pursued an advanced nursing degree focused on comprehensive women’s healthcare, including menopause management, hormone health, and preventive care. Outside of work, Nicole loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two dogs, a Beagle named Lacey, and a German Shorthaired Pointer named Penny.
Nikala Lighty, PA-C
Nikala graduated from PA school in 2019 from Northern Arizona University and has been dedicated to women's health ever since. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and believes every woman deserves access to sexual and reproductive healthcare without barriers or judgement.
Nikala is committed to patient education and enjoys empowering women with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
Outside of the office, Nikala enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and whatever team Kevin Durant is playing for, and crafting.
